Bedroom and Living area overlook a pond with a beautiful sunset view. Deck with pergola and outdoor bathtub with hot & cold water. Hardwood floors, brass fixtures, high end finishes. Separate temperature control. Plenty of parking on site. Utilities are included (electricity, well water, internet, tankless hot water). Stacked washer and dryer included. Please know - we are an active, outdoor family, and you will hear & see us. We would love to interact with you, but would also be happy to give you privacy if you prefer! You are welcome to engage and participate in any of the gardening, egg collecting, goat milking, etc. Due to the free range animals around the home, pets will be considered on a case by case basis. There is a possibility to bring your horse (separate lease through immediate neighbor). No smoking in unit or on property. This unit is smaller (450 s.f.) so it would be ideal for one person, or a minimalist couple! Three month lease or longer.
