Terms at 42590 Wildly Ter

Duration of the Lease: Minimum 1 year required. Option to Renew: Upon expiration of the initial Lease Term, the Tenant shall have the option to renew this lease for an additional term of one year under the same terms and conditions, provided that the Tenant gives written notice to the Landlord at least 45 days prior to the expiration of the current Lease Term. Month-to-Month Option: If neither party provides notice of termination or renewal prior to the expiration of the Lease Term, the Agreement shall convert to a month-to-month tenancy, which may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. Rent Payment Details: Rent is $2950/month and is due every month before 10th calendar day. Acceptable payment methods are ACH, Zelle, Personal or Cashier's Check. Late fee of $50 is applicable. Use of Premises: Unit is to be used solely as a residence and no commercial activities should be performed. Security Deposit: 1 Month Rent Maintenance Responsibilities: Tenant is responsible for any damages within the property during the lease term. Utilities: Tenant is responsible for Gas (Washington Gas) and Electricity (Dominion) charges. Water Bill is included in the rent. Pet Policy: No Pets Allowed.
