10 Acre Farm 3 Buildings - The Tenant acknowledges that the property is rented as-is and is not in perfect condition(Property is not fully finished). The Tenant will inspected the property and accepts its current condition. During the lease term, the Tenant shall be responsible for the routine upkeep and maintenance of the farm grounds, including mowing the lawn, trimming vegetation as needed, controlling weeds, and keeping the property clean and free of debris.The Landlord reserves the right to store personal property in the small storage shed located on the premises. The Landlord also reserves the right to keep up to two (2) vehicles parked on the property. A first month's rent, last month's rent, and security deposit are required prior to move-in
