Available starting August 1, 2026 Our property is steps to a quiet piece of Kailua Beach in a brand new construction home including ductless A/C systems in every room for individual climate control, full size laundry indoors, outdoor shower and parking for at least one car (two spaces available for a fee). This space is perfect for a couple, small family or for remote work. A skip to the beach (2 min walk), a short 20 minute walk to downtown Kailua, easy highway access to all parts of the island in a professionally decorated and designed space. This property is furnished with high end furniture. A maximum of 6 allowed (including adults and children). Pets will not be considered. Steps to what has to be the world's most beautiful beach across the street. 1st bedroom has a queen size bed 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed 3rd bedroom has a queen size Murphy bed 3 month lease (90+ days) - $10,000 per month (less than 180 days required Oahu TAT and GET taxes at nearly 20%). I pay the tax for you. 6 month lease (180 days) - $8,000 per month We prefer a longer lease term. All utilities included (high quality cable with premium channels/high speed internet (1gb), electric, water/sewer, pest control, landscaping, car charging if desired (if charging car you will pay $.40 per kilowatt hour used). I have an extra car for rent during your stay if needed. 6 month least at first. We can do longer leases, but we want to ensure everyone is happy so we start with 6 months and carry on to 12 months.
