Payment: Rent due monthly; security deposit required prior to move-in. Use of Property: Residential use only. Home office allowed with approval by owner. Outdoor Amenities: Hot tub, fire pit, pergolas, and yard games may be used responsibly; renter agrees to follow provided safety guidelines. Check-In/Out: Move-in and move-out dates set by agreement; early termination subject to owner approval.
