Very quiet residential neighborhood with a shared front porch, a private back deck and shared backyard with street parking. No smoking, No pets. No application fee, full background check will be required on our forms, we accept section 8 housing assistance. The lease is for one year. First month's rent and security due upon lease signing. Tenant is responsible for snow removal; landlord is responsible for yard maintenance. Garbage and septic are paid by the landlord, water and gas utilities are reimbursed to the landlord by the tenant monthly. Electricity is the tenant's responsibility.
