Any factually inaccurate, false, or misleading statements on an application will be cause for automatic denial of the application. Monthly gross income needs to reasonably support the amount of the rent in order to avoid a financial hardship, as a standard measure 2.5x income to rent is calculated...but debt to incomes shall be considered.
