Owner is leasing directly, with no property manager involved. We have lived here for 4 years and are moving out of state. As we are managing the property ourselves, we are looking for tenants who are comfortable with routine single-family-home upkeep. Rent: $2,800/month Security deposit: $4,000 Pet Deposit $1,000 Lease term: 12 months Bedrooms/bathrooms: 3 bed / 2.5 bath Heating/Cooling: Central air Approx. square footage: 1,700 Available: August 1, with possible September 1 lease start Utilities: Tenant responsible for electric, gas, water, trash, and internet. Google Fiber available. Appliances: Fridge, stove, microwave, washer, dryer, and dishwasher Parking: Off-street parking and garage included; owner will retain storage area above garage Yard care: Tenant responsible for mowing and basic seasonal yard upkeep Pets: Cats allowed; dogs considered case by case __ APPLICATION PROCESS (1) Before we will schedule any walk throughs, please email us at the listed email address with the following: -Total # of occupants over 18 years old -Total combined gross monthly income -Desired lease start date -Type and number of pets -If applicable, tell us about any prior experience you have caring for a single-family home -Phone number of primary applicant we will be communicating with (2) Starting July 1 we will begin texting everyone who has emailed us the above answers, so that we can arrange a time for you to come see the house. If you are unable to come in person, we can do this remotely for you. (3) Formal applications will occur last and will include: background check, income verification, and prior landlord references for everyone over 18 who will live at the house. Please do not send paystubs, social security numbers, driver's license photos, or other sensitive information by email. Formal documentation will be collected later.
