1 year lease No smoking, vaping or candles nothing burning in rooms. No drugs of any kind besides percription from doctors Clean vent of dryer after every load to prevent lent/fire of dryer. Leave fan on in the bathroom while showering and a little after to suck up moisture to prevent mold in ceiling. Cream white carpet in living room no shoes on this carpet at any time. Walk around if needed while coming in and out of front door. If your car leaks oil you will be assigned a designated spot in the grass or at gravel drive way being put in soon. If the car does not leak oil you will have a designated spot in front of the home on the concrete. NO sleep overs at night out of curtesy for other tenants. Younger children 12 and below for visiting and sleepovers are welcome on occasion unless discussed approved and added to the lease for permanent housing. NO pets allowed inside the home. Note- owner does sit for a pet occasionally for a cat for her daughter that stays in the laundry room please let me know upfront if your allergic to cats this is only like possibly twice a year. There is also an outside pet minature pony outback for owners grand daughter. No pets in or out for renters
