Exposed brick wall loft feel with tons of natural light. Enjoy quiet and cold central a/c during the summer and warm toasty base board heat during the winter. The apartment is on the second floor of a three floor building with commercial space located on the first (ground) floor situated in the heart of Bayonne with a gym across the street, a community park next door and many retail shops, bodegas and places to eat near by. The apartment encompasses the entire middle floor of the building with only one other neighbor located upstairs on the top floor and a new Pharmacy downstairs on the ground floor (no food preparation business allowed). Spacious and quiet living without the multitude of tenant traffic as is the case with the many other 100+ rental unit buildings in town. The apartment is located only one block walking distance to the 20th street Hudson Bergen Light Rail Station as well as the Broadway bus stop located directly in front of the building, perfect for mass transit users. Unfortunately, there is no on-site parking BUT in addition to plenty of street parking, there is a very large municipal parking lot right around the corner of which a monthly parking pass can be purchased from the city to park your vehicle. I personally spent a lot of time, effort and money to create a new and luxurious living environment for my perspective tenants to enjoy. Please only apply if you are respectful of yourself and others as well as the rental property itself and want a landlord that lives in town and is just a phone call away if any problems should arise.
