Lease terms

Rental Policies Tenant is responsible for electricity and natural gas. Water is shared with the upper unit. The monthly water bill will be split equally between both units. The property manager will provide a copy of the bill each month, and the tenant's portion is due upon receipt. Renter's insurance is required prior to move-in and must be maintained throughout the lease term. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the exterior grounds, including mowing the lawn, trimming, edging, weed control, snow removal, and keeping all sidewalks, walkways, and entryways clear and safe at all times. No smoking is permitted inside the property. Pets may be considered with landlord approval and applicable pet fees/deposits. Security deposit, Nonrefundable cleaning fee, and first month's rent are due prior to move-in. Tenant is responsible for keeping the property clean and promptly reporting any maintenance issues. All additional terms and property rules will be outlined in the lease agreement.
