Hello! We have a townhouse available around or before June 1st in a great house across the street from the OSU Medical Center's Spirit of Women Park and one block from Battelle. This house includes a big front porch. It also has washer/dryer provided in the basement, gas heat, and central air. All appliances are like new (fridge, gas oven, microwave, washer, and dryer). Sorry, no dishwasher, but you could bring a portable one. We will consider a lease of at least 3-months up to 1-year in duration. This is a half-duplex townhouse on two floors with a first floor dining room, kitchen, and living room; second floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. It's on the bus line and in a very beautiful historic neighborhood. It's within a short walk or bike ride of just about anywhere (downtown, Short North, Lennox shopping, Battelle, Gateway, law school, med school, etc.). Very close to the Olentangy Bike Trail and Mirror Lake. Long story short, it's a quiet, nice place to live in a great location.
