Home is an A+ quality rental unit. This is an exceptionally well maintained home with an oversized garage, nice patio area, excellent location in a good neighborhood near the parks. I am 2 to 3 weeks out in upgrading the bathroom and replacing some modern lighting. Appliances come with the house including and stackable washer and dryer. Fresh paint and many fixtures replaced. Basement is usable for storage. I am unaware of flooding in the basement. Only applicants with good credit history, rental or housing stability, and adequate income will be considered. Please complete at least the questionnaire or email me with questions and I will reply and make an appt to call and discuss the house. Please to not make a request for a "tour" without doing the above. NO CATS. Small lapdog on a case by case basis. There will be a pet deposit and it is non refundable. The home is a very roomy 2 bed 1 bath at 1387 sq ft. The garage has ample space for two cars and a work bench area.

Terms are 12 mo rental agreement. Terms will be month to month. Lease terms can be negotiated and will be based on credit score, tenant strength, pet ownership etc. Tenant is required to maintain yard and landscape to keep in equal condition to what it is now. This is not some 'mid range' rental property. The home is in excellent condition and rental agreement will contain provision for inspections allowed with 24 hour notice. No backyard mechanics, No Hoarders, No petting zoos allowed. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. This house is approximately 2-3 weeks from completion of the bath remodel and some lighting upgrades. I will only schedule a showing after reviewing an application or conducting and interview over the phone. All requests for "tours" without completing the free questionnaire or application will not be replied to. Please read entire post.
