The back house is a 1bed/ 1 bath, attached to the 1 car garage. There are two fenced in yards, and two lovely patios to enjoy morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine. The first patio is found through French doors off the kitchen/ living room and has relaxing lounge furniture with an umbrella, as well as a large Traeger Smoker/ Grill. The second patio is off of the primary and secondary bedrooms, spans the length of the back of the house, and has lounge furniture outside of the primary bedroom. Both back bedrooms open onto this patio with French doors. The primary bedroom has a King bed and en suite bathroom with a shower. The two additional bedrooms share a hall bath with both shower and tub. The first bedroom has queen bed, while the second bedroom has two standard twin beds- one of which is a low loft, and the other is a high loft, the same height as a regular bunk bed. This home is fully appointed to serve all your needs for holiday entertaining. There are a couple surfboards in the garage, as well as one beach cruiser. Utilities are included in this rental up to $300/month. The home is located walking distance to both sides of town, and a quick bike ride to the beach. There is a great walking/ skating/ biking path covering the whole island, as well as a fun way under the Coronado bridge, just one block away.
