This unit features four bedrooms: three with two queen beds each, and one with two twin beds. There is also a full-size bathroom. Each queen bed is prepared with a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a duvet cover with insert, two pillows with pillowcases, two bath towels, and two washcloths. The full bathroom includes a hand towel and a bath mat.
Parking is available. Guests can bring pets for a fee of $25 per pet per night.
This centrally located apartment is close to Tower Grove Park, the Botanical Gardens, the St. Louis Zoo, the historic Arch, and the Anheuser-Busch factory.
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Guests will receive check-in instructions one hour prior to check-in time on the day of arrival. Smoking of any kind, including marijuana and cigarettes, is strictly prohibited. Deodorizing fees start at $500 if smoke is detected. Parties or events are not allowed, and having more people in the unit than listed on the reservation will result in the loss of the security deposit and acceptance of full responsibility for any city fines or lawsuits. Noise complaints will result in an immediate call to the police and the forfeiture of the entire security deposit. The Nest thermostats are locked to maintain temperatures between 68-78 degrees in the Summer and 60-72 degrees in the Winter. Candles are for decoration only and should not be lit. Maximum occupancy is the number of guests indicated on the reservation; exceeding this limit will result in the loss of the security deposit. Guests are expected to leave the suite as they found it, with dishes cleaned and put away, and trash taken out before departure. Furniture should not be moved, as there is a $100 fee per piece of furniture that needs to be put back. Firearms and other weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. A rental agreement must be signed to confirm the reservation.
