Month to month lease or 10 month lease available. Owner pays for garbage and water. Renter pays electric and gas (radiator heating system). Free parking for 2 vehicles (one smaller car in garage and one on slab). Up to 2 pets are welcome with a $500 security deposit for each. No smoking on premises allowed. Requirements: -Must have a credit score (700+) -Must make at least 3x the rental cost -Low debt to income ratio -Security deposit paid once approved -Background checks (credit) will be conducted on all applicants aged 18 or older APPLICATION PROCESS 1) Email us for the link to fill out the pre-screening form 2) If you meet our minimum rental application requirements, we will work with you to set up a showing. This will take place at our current tenants convenience asap. 3) We will invite interested renters to apply. The prospective tenant will fill out a rental application (cost on zillow $35 per applicant to cover the cost of background check from the CIC and credit check from Experian). This can be used on multiple listings within a 30 day period. 4) In-person interview (can be done remotely) to clarify concerns on either end. 5) Offer of Lease. Security deposit and first month's rent due at this time. These questions will help make sure you meet our minimum requirements before we set up an appointment to show you the apartment.
