You can use a cosigner for income, credit, or both if needed. Rand Property Management will require renters' insurance and electricity to be in the resident's name by move in date. Application Process: - Application fee of $65.00 per applicant over the age of 18, non-refundable - Once your application has been approved, you'll pay our $495.00 non-refundable move-in fee to secure the apartment and cover a professional cleaning cost. - SureBond: A SureBond is paid in lieu of a security deposit. This bond is based on your credit score and can be anywhere from $87.50 for credit scores 625 or up, up to $612.50 for lower credit scores. - If you have pets that are not emotional support or service animals, there would be a non-refundable pet fee of $395 per pet, plus $25 a month in pet rent per pet. We allow up to 3 pets. - If you have an ESA or Service Animal, we would need a letter from your healthcare provider. Please note, we do not accept letters from a company located online. Moving in between the 1st and 19th? Just pay prorated rent for that month! Moving in on or after the 20th? You'll pay prorated rent for the rest of the month plus next month's rent. Rand offers short term leases for our residents convenience at a premium rent rate. - 3 Month Lease: $200 increase on base rent each month - 6 Month Lease: $100 increase on base rent each month - 9 Month Lease: $65 increase on base rent each month *We do not offer an initial month to month lease*.
