General Information That May Result in Application Denial: - Applicants must arrive on time or promptly reschedule. - All adult occupants must provide valid government-issued photo ID. - Each adult occupant must submit a complete application with no material omissions or misstatements. - Applicants must show evidence of ability to pay all required deposits and prepaid rent prior to the actual rental of property. - Applications are reviewed only after all required information is completed. - Application fees must be paid prior to application being considered. - Applications may be denied if the property is not available for rent or if a prior application has been accepted. - Equivalent applications are processed in order received, but tenancy start date or higher rent offers may affect priority. - Applications are pre-reviewed in the order completed applications and fees are received.
