The monthly rent includes: **lawn care maintenance** as well as all essential utilities: high-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, water, sewer, and trash removal. Just bring your suitcase! * **Flexible Lease Durations We welcome short-term and medium-term stays, making this home ideal for seasonal residents, corporate relocations, digital nomads, and traveling professionals. * **Move-In Costs Total move-in costs include the first month's rent, a refundable security deposit, and a one-time exit cleaning fee. All funds must be secured prior to move-in. * **Cancellation Policy To ensure scheduling stability, a 25% cancellation penalty applies to any lease agreements cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled move-in date. * **Parking Policy Hassle-free, dedicated parking is provided exclusively in the private driveway. Please note that parking is limited to the driveway space. * **Pet Policy Well-behaved, house-trained small dogs (under 40 lbs) are welcome with **no additional pet fees** (maximum of 2 dogs). To protect the home, dogs must be crated if left entirely unattended in the property. * **Smoking & Maintenance This is a strictly smoke-free and vape-free home. As a newly renovated property, guests are expected to maintain the home in a clean and respectful condition. A formal Move-In Inspection Checklist will be completed at check-in.
