The attached 1-car garage is available for guest use, and additional community parking is available. Located in Washington, UT, you're less than 5 minutes from Coral Canyon Golf Course and a short drive to Sand Hollow Reservoir, ATV trails, and St. George dining and shopping. This is a 100% smoke-free property. Any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay.
