Please note that all prospective residents over 18 years of age will need to fill out an application if intending to live in the property. Please review the following rental requirements below: 1. Must be able to provide proof of income. Please provide 2 most recent months of bank statements and pay stub's 2. No broken leases or evictions. 3. No criminal background history in the past 7-10 years. 4. Owner provides some flexibility with credit score history, depends on overall credit report. Max of 2 pets and 50 lbs. per pet weight limit. No dangerous/aggressive breeds, exotic animals or reptiles allowed. Self-picture with your pet(s) will be needed with application. Upon receipt of google form for residential screening and signed criteria. I can provide photos and video of the property. I will provide a link to proceed with the background and credit check(s) for all applicant(s) - $50.00 fee per applicant . Background check link will be sent to each prospective resident's email. Fee paid online directly to the background check website and after walk-through is completed.
