Lots of insulation in the attic to help your electric bills. The best school district in town and a great neighborhood to walk in. Very safe! No HUD accepted. No Smokers. Proof of personal income of $6,000 per month depending on your debts and good credit 625. Good references are a must! We do have a lease application that I could email to you . It is free to submit. You can also fill out the one on Zillow. I never list my houses on Craigslist. Lease application, proof of income and printed credit score are required to rent. Lease application is required to view the house.
