Some yard maintenance is required by tenant(s), such as seasonal watering and sidewalk snow removal; landlord will provide lawn mowing and other property maintenance. All utilities are paid by the tenant (water, trash/recycling, internet, electric & gas) and proof of rental insurance is required at the time of move-in. No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property and tenants are required to ensure that the exterior of the property is free of trash and lawn/landscaping is maintained/not damaged. No more than four tenants are permitted and all tenants must sign the lease. Tenant parking includes 1 off street and also free street parking. The lease term is 1 year, with the possibility for extension. Pets are negotiable. No aquariums allowed. Tenant is responsible for ensuring that pets are not left outside unattended, in unsanitary conditions or otherwise neglected, and for preventing excessive barking or damage to the property.
