No loud vehicle mufflers or loud motorcycles. Parking provided at each unit for 2 vehicles unless prior approval of landlord. Rent due by the 5th of the month. Late charges of $5.00 per day beginning on the first day of the month until which day the full amount of rent is paid. Lawn maintenance provided by landlord.
