Lease terms
Renter is responsible for all utilities. Renter is responsible for hot tub upkeep, owner will provide initial hot tub chemicals, filters to be maintained as needed to maintain the hot tub. Additional chemicals to be purchased by the renter from Hot Tub Liquidators. Minimum rental agreement is 1 year. Rent preferred by the 1st of each month and is due by the 10th of each month via Zillow, Zelle, Venmo, electronic transfer. Security deposit of $2500 is due at signing and will be refunded if no damage to property beyond ordinary wear and tear. Partial security deposit will be refunded according to Nevada Law if lease is terminated prior to move in date or while moved in. 60 day notice required for early termination of lease while moved in. Pets are negotiable and will be subject to an additional $100 per month due to added lawn upkeep. Late fees of $50 per month if rent is paid past the 15th of each month.
