Lease terms

6-month lease with option to renew upon agreement of both parties. Rent is $1,650 per month, due on the 1st, with a 5-day grace period. Security deposit is $1,650. Pets are allowed with prior landlord approval. Additional refundable pet deposit is $350 for pets under 30 lbs and $500 for pets over 30 lbs. Landlord pays water, sewer, and garbage. Tenant is responsible for electricity, gas, and internet and must transfer applicable utilities into their name by move-in. Tenant is responsible for lawn care, snow removal, and upkeep of their designated side of the property. Designated parking must be followed. No smoking or vaping inside the unit. Renter's insurance is required. Maximum occupancy is 4 people unless otherwise approved in writing. No alterations or painting without prior written landlord approval
