A $500 fine will be issued for violating the strict no-smoking policy indoors or in the community, plus the additional cost of an ozone machine to remove the smell. An additional $100.00 surcharge per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Guests will be charged accordingly if personal property is damaged, lost, or stolen, or if the cleaning company requires additional time. A $100 charge will be applied if any games or remotes are missing. Guests may not unplug, disable, remove, or tamper with any property devices, including Wi-Fi routers, noise monitors, smoke detectors, and security devices; unauthorized tampering will result in a $100 fee and may lead to termination of the reservation without refund. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee. A $60.00 per hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10am or the agreed upon check-out time. No shoes are to be worn inside the home, especially on carpeted areas. Garbage is to be left out between 6 - 7pm for valet pick-up. Coworking spots are available for your laptop days.
