I don't need perfect credit, it's a rental, not a purchase, but I also don't want to run around town to show the house when all I know is your email address. -- I will respond to everyone. If you don't hear from me, it's because you didn't tell me anything about you. If you are unwilling to apply, then please don't request a showing. I cannot reply as I am busy also. I'm easy to get along with, and our other tenants love us. I employ my own handyman. The house is clean and sanitary, and I own several others just in this neighborhood alone, including the house directly behind which you can see in the kitchen window photograph. THANK YOU. -- Cozy, energy efficient brick house with a fenced back yard for your small pet, and an attached one car garage with opener. No steps, no basement, first floor laundry, and near shopping, restaurants, and the Holy Family Church. Sidewalks for walking in a quiet neighborhood and with mature landscaping. -- Remodeled kitchen with loads of cabinets for pantry storage. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. -- Comforts include central air conditioning and gas heat and cooking. Washer and dryer included. -- NO SMOKING allowed in the house, and we change the filters quarterly and do maintenance check-ups. We take our investment in these houses seriously and employ our own handyman. This is not an apartment. We require our residents to be good neighbors -- keep the yard nice, the house clean and sanitary, and for the rent to be paid on time. If you cannot, then you will be moving again in a year. -- Tenant responsible for electric and gas heat/cooking, and private trash pickup. I pay for water and sewer. Tenant maintains the yard. Contract mowing and snow removal are available. -- Our properties are NOT on the market for sale, or with financial problems. All are extremely well maintained, and you won't need to worry about moving again as we like happy, stable, long term relationships. One of our residents has been in our rental house for 40 years. -- The house is empty now but you won't be able to use the garage for the first month.
