Lease Term The lease agreement offers a one-year rental term. Renewal options may be discussed before the lease expiration date. No Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Any violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and/or lease termination. Utilities The rent includes utilities; however, utility pricing is subject to change if usage exceeds normal consumption levels. Any excessive or abnormal utility use may result in additional charges to the tenant. Pet Policy No pets are allowed on the property. Any violation of this policy may result in penalties and/or lease termination. Maintenance & Repairs The tenant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and general upkeep of the property. Any necessary repairs should be reported promptly to the landlord. Occupancy & Compliance The property is to be used exclusively as a residence by the tenant(s) listed on the lease. All local laws, HOA regulations (if applicable), and lease terms must be followed. Security Deposit & Move-Out Requirements A security deposit is required at lease signing. Upon move-out, the property must be left in its original condition, aside from normal wear and tear, to receive a full deposit refund.
