Lease terms

All adult occupants must be named on the lease. 12 month lease. Heat, gas, water included. Electricity will be covered up to $100 a month by landlord. No smoking or vaping of any substances. No subleasing, holiday rental, home-sharing, or adding new tenants without prior landlord's approval. Cats and dogs allowed, up to 2 total. $30 per pet added to monthly rent. No additional animals and no pet-sitting services allowed. Proof of renter's insurance required. Telecommuting and office work allowed, but no in-person business. No evictions, recent bankruptcy, history of late payments. Requires good credit score, proof of sufficient income, good references. Plenty of free street parking available. 1 private outdoor spot may be available for an additional fee. You can contact us with interest or pre-apply through Zillow, but serious candidates will have additional application & documentation required.
