This is a classic 1954 brick ranch in the Broadmoor neighborhood, one of those mid-century Tucson gems with real character.… We're talking **no carpet anywhere** (tile and polished concrete throughout), a **wood-burning fireplace** in the living room, and an **updated kitchen** with all appliances included. It has central AC and gas heat, and a brand new washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry room. The Master Bedroom has its own full bathroom.
The property sits on a 1/3 acre lot with a circular driveway with plenty of parking, including 1 carport. It has large, fully-fenced backyard with a brick patio and attached pagoda for shade. I (the landlord) will also be living on the same lot in a separate guest house (don't worry, it is fenced off and has its own entrance and parking, so we'll each have privacy). Improving the property's landscaping is a top priority of mine this year, so expect the yard to improve throughout the time you're living here. I will be easily accessible to respond to any requests, maintenance needs, and anything else! I do also have my own dog, who does great with other dogs. Pets are definitely welcome here!
The central Tucson location is tough to beat and the surrounding neighborhood is pretty amazing, with lots of trees and quaint houses. The Colonia Solana Historic District is just across the street. which is a wonderful place to walk your dog (or yourself). The Broadway Village shopping area is just a couple blocks away, which includes a Natural Grocers food co-op, along with several restaurants, a bakery, cocktail bar and more.
