Owner pays water, sewer, and trash. If monthly water bill exceeds 75$/mo, tenant is responsible for the difference. (FYI: when we lived there, we never had a bill over $50, even when watering the garden.) Renter is responsible for electricity, gas, internet. House is set up for Fiber internet. No smoking allowed inside the house. Lease duration: 12 months, unless mutually agreed upon by Tenant(s) and Owners. Lawn maintenance is flexible, to be determined by all parties. Regardless of the agreement that we come to regarding the lawn, digging up flower beds without the Owner's advance approval is absolutely not allowed (there are 10 peonies around the property that are over 50 years old, but aside from those locations, we can point out areas that are free to plant in!) Tenant is responsible for snow removal.
