This is large, newly renovated 3 bedroom apartment. All the bedrooms are large with large closest as well. The bathroom is a spacious with a tub shower combination.
The kitchen has newer appliances, a large double basin sink with a nice kitchen faucet. There is a microwave over the stove. The kitchen, dinning room and living room area has a very open layout.
There is off street parking right off the alley behind the apartment building. You have two doors to your apartment (not shared with any one else, so no common area to go through). There is a small attached garage.
We also do lawn care and snow removal of public sidewalks. You are responsible for water, sewer, garbage, gas & electric for your unit( the average as of 3/29/23 is $204 for gas and electric).
Pets are allowed with a $750 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly.
Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit.
All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card.
Our Renting Process:

4. Fill out a rental application. $30 application fee.
5. Wait for application status (Approved or Denied)
6. Sign a Lease
7. Pay Deposit, until deposit is paid the unit is NOT secured to be yours
8. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online.
