The mobile home location has the privacy and waterfront views that most people dream about in a MHPK. With access from the sliding glass doors, you can enjoy watching ducks, turtles & variety of birds on the 10 x 20 deck which is covered with a 'sail' for sun protection. With 854 sq. ft. of air-conditioned space, all ceilings and walls have been painted in white including some bead board found throughout the home. The floors are vinyl in the kitchen and baths, laminate in the rest of the home with ceramic tile in the flex and laundry rooms. Heating & cooling are provided with two new mini splits located in the living area and Master Bedroom with the last bill of $40.00 at 79 degrees. The renter will need to submit an application to Florida Power & Light Co. for a monthly account. All windows are covered with either new white mini or cellular blinds. Drapes and valances have been installed in the living area for added control of incoming light. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, a small dresser and an end table plus a chair to gaze out to the water and watch the turtles. The guest bedroom has a twin bed and a small dresser. Linens (two sets of sheets for each bedroom & blankets) are provided for the bedrooms. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, glass top stove with an air-fryer, microwave & 18 cu. fridge with ice maker. It also includes small appliances (crock pot, toaster, coffee pot, blender & electric mixer). New cabinets, tile backsplash, a butcher block (2' x 6') island and pantry shelving finish the updated kitchen. Also, included are a set of dishes, several casserole dishes, baking dishes & tins, bowls, glasses & coffee cups. A set of pots and pans, silverware, plastic storage & cookbooks. In addition, both bathrooms have been updated with new cabinets and flooring, as noted above including towels (3-4 large bath towels, 3-4 hand towels and 4-6 washcloths) for both bathrooms. The laundry area with new washer and dryer are located between the Flex Room and Storage Area. A Shark vacuum and a Swiffer Mop are also provided including some paper and plastic essentials to get you started. Skyway Village Estates is a small senior community with convenient shopping, restaurants, beaches, entertainment and I-75 all within minutes of the park. It's a friendly park that play shuffleboard, cornhole, various games and activities. The clubhouse has a library, exercise room and a pool table for inside activities that you can enjoy by yourself.
