This fully furnished, 1st floor apartment is in a historic, well-kept building in a safe, very walkable and historic neighborhood.… It is a good- sized 2 bedroom unit. The apartment has recently been created and has modern features, including an open living floor plan.
It has a private entrance and two, close by, off street parking spots.
It actually shows better than the pics I have. The bedrooms are not pictured as well as they might be. Bedroom #1 has a beautiful, new, matching bedroom set, including 2 ample dressers. The 2nd bedroom is not small and both bedrooms have good-sized closets.
The stackable w/d is in the bathroom and isn't pictured here, unfortunately.
