This is a short term contract 1 - 2 -3 -4 - 6- + months period depend of the need of the guest. This cozy sanctuary was designed for professionals who are looking for a pleasant, clean, peaceful, efficient and convenient stay. A place that they can call home while living their dream job experience or state transition. -Lease rules include, but not limited to : -No smoking -No parties -Nos extra guest beside the people in the lease are supposed to sleep over in the property. -If there is guest coming , need to let host to know and pay for extra fee for their -No pets allow (exceptions need to talk to the host) this will incurred in extra fee. -Guest responsible in taking their garbage out -Guest are allow for one car accommodation space include in the monthly fee -if need extra space, there will be available space for extra monthly fee -Deposit is refund in full , 15 days after contract is finish to ensure place is return in the same way that was delivery -Guest need to pay for a cleaning fee with the first month of rent , to make sure when they move out , a professional company will Come to do the job as any short rent policy requires
