Our home is on a quiet crescent backing onto a park. It is within walking distance of Trinity Commons, transportation, and a 5 minute drive to Brampton Civic Hospital.
My husband and I live on the main and upper levels. We are semi retired, friendly, quiet, professional seniors, who travel extensively and winter part our time in Florida. We have 2 friendly cats that will need to be taken care of when we travel.
This is ideal for a mature single lady with cooking and housekeeping experience, who is looking for inexpensive living arrangement in a lovely home. THIS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR A COUPLE.
No overnight guests, smoking or drugs.
