Aloha, We are renting a beautiful studio bedroom with loft that is attached to our lovely Kailua waterfront property. Enjoy close proximity to the heart of Kailua Town and Kailua Beach; the studio is just a 3 minute car ride away or a leisurely 15 minute walk from either destination. Additionally, just steps away from the property are bus stops on either side of the road where the major bus lines pass. The studio features large glass sliding door, private entrance, with side yard foliage view. Backyard access with view of the Lanikai Blue Stone Golf Course. Tenants have access to the backyard, gazebo, and of course have water access. If you love to canoe, kayak, or paddle board, you will love our location. We are situated on the canal which leads to Buzz's and Kailua Beach. The studio has a private entrance and a full bathroom, full sized bath tub and shower. We welcome the military and are looking to rent long term with a 6 month lease to start. The rental is partly furnished. Our current tenant is moving mid or end of August, so move in date may be negotiable. The kitchenette includes appliances such as a medium sized fridge, hot plates, and microwave. All utilities are included in the rental price such as water, electricity, trash, and wi-fi. Street parking is readily available. No pets.
