Lease terms

Lease Terms & Property Rules: * Maximum occupancy limited to leaseholders and approved occupants listed on the lease. * Maximum of two vehicles permitted per unit. Vehicles must be parked only in designated parking areas. No inoperable, unregistered, or commercial vehicles permitted on the property. * No smoking or vaping permitted inside the unit. * Tenant is responsible for all utilities unless otherwise specified in the lease. * Shared laundry facilities are available for use by both units. Tenants are expected to keep the area clean and remove personal items promptly. * The outdoor firepit area is shared between both units and should be used respectfully and kept clean after use. * The private deck adjacent to Unit A is reserved exclusively for Unit A tenants and guests. * Quiet hours shall be observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful living environment for all residents. * No alterations, painting, or installation of fixtures may be made without written approval from the landlord. * Lawn care and exterior maintenance are provided by the owner unless otherwise stated. * Pets are subject to landlord approval and any applicable pet fees or pet rent outlined in the lease. * Renters insurance is strongly encouraged for all tenants. Failure to comply with these rules may constitute a lease violation.
