Cottage style home + Yard a short stroll from the beach! Furnished.
This century-old crafstman-style home with it's private yard is a true gem.… "Villa Tranquila" has provided lodging to amazing guests since the 1940's. Several of the older neighbors have commented that Gregory Peck lived in this home. Some say Peck's presence left the home charmed. We think it's true. We love the energy of this home and hope you will too.
Other movie stars inhabited this row of cottages. The location was convenient as they frequently performed on stage at the nearby La Jolla Playhouse.
