Lease terms

Sublease of one room in downtown Durango apartment including access to shared spaces and common areas to one individual. Shared spaces include the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and front and back patios. Trash, water, internet, compost, gas, and electric are all included in rent. There is potential for one small dog if it is the right fit (there is a cat in this unit). A non-refundable pet deposit of $250.00 is required, there is no monthly pet fee. If you are interested in bringing in another cat, this may be discussed. Smoking is allowed outside the unit with respect to the other neighbors. The backyard is a common area (shared between neighbors) and is not fully fenced. Tenant will be expected to be respectful of shared spaces and current tenant, their property, and cat. Rent is $1050.00 month, due the 28th of the month prior via Zelle. Security deposit is equal to one months rent and is due at the signing of the lease. This deposit may be used as last months rent with applicable notice. Preferred lease duration is six months to one year. This unit is available for move in August 1st, 2026.
