$1050/month This place is perfect for anyone traveling temporarily for their work/job. All utilities included in this Cottage House that sits across our yard, so the yard will be shared with us as well as our animals. A pet will be welcomed, however, since you'll be sharing our property, you should know that we have pets as well, 2 large dogs and free-range chickens. 1 pet allowed, but please no puppies because we have free-range chickens and puppies chase chickens. If you have a cat, IT MUST STAY INSIDE because our dogs are not nice to cats!! There are also occasional wild deer that will wonder about the property. If you're down to earth, live a quiet lifestyle, and like being surrounded by nature, this is the place for you. Nestled right in between Eufaula and Checotah (closer to the city of Eufaula than Checotah), off Texanna Rd, less than 1 mile from HWY 69. This is a very safe and peaceful life on quiet property, located within 2 miles of 3 boat launch areas, Indian Springs, Rolling Oaks, and Bell Star. 1st month's rent is due on signing as well as deposits. The refundable deposit will be negotiated depending on the length of stay. (Deposit only refunded if not damage to property.) Along with the rent and deposit, there will be a refundable cleaning fee of $180. This cleaning fee will be returned if the property is left as it was found. Added later in property/lease description. Room to park your boat or camper. This is a furnished cottage with some small appliances, cookware, bedding and such. No more than 2 vehicles. Please, again, no puppies because we have free-range chickens. As mentioned, there is a refundable deposit and a refundable cleaning fee of $180 IF the property is left as found. Monthly lease is an option as well as 6 months/1year.
