Two rooms are available (May 1 and May 15) in our historic downtown house!! We are two roomates in our late 30's who love plants, art, music/shows, creative and active hobbies. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath, tall-ceiling, original-floor beauty has room for two more kind, independent creatives, students, or working types. We value open communication, a non-judgmental and inclusive space, and keeping our place clean and organized. There is good laundry, a dishwasher, basement storage, and a yard for your projects and gardening desires. Both of the available bedrooms are large (14'x14') with tall ceilings. One has an ensuite bathroom ($700) and the other ($650) has a shared bathroom. There's lots of street parking and we're in an excellent downtown location to walk/bike around. We have one small dog. Rent is $650 or $700 + 1/4 of shared bills. 1 yr lease. We can offer some flexibility with the move-in date. 1 mo. damage deposit, + reference checks are required.
