Lease terms

Renters responsible for all utilities. Security Deposit, first and last month's rent due at signing. No smoking allowed inside house. Maximum of two pets allowed under 20 lbs each allowed on the premises at anytime. Nonrefundable initial pet fee $250. $25 per pet monthly fee charged at the time they enter the premises. Tenant responsible for all yard maintenance and snow removal including cutting the grass and raking, disposing of leaves from the street to south end of the cream pole barn. Tenant agrees to no more than two vehicles allowed to park on premises between the street and not South of the sidewalk to the rear entrance of the main structure of the house.
