Lease terms

1. No pets are allowed on the premises at any time. 2. The apartment is offered fully furnished and all bills billed back at $305 monthly (including utilities, internet, and cable). 3. Rent is due on the first of each month and is considered late if not paid by the fifth of the month. 4. A security deposit of $950 is required at the time of lease signing. 5. The lease term is for month to month, with the option to renew for additional terms subject to landlord approval. 6. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the apartment and common areas of the building. 7. Any damage to the apartment or common areas caused by the tenant or their guests will be the responsibility of the tenant and may result in additional charges. 8. The tenant is responsible for keeping the apartment clean and free of clutter, and for disposing of trash in the designated areas. 9. The tenant must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, as well as all rules and regulations of the building and the landlord. 10. The landlord reserves the right to enter the apartment at reasonable times to make repairs or perform maintenance, with prior notice to the tenant.
