Any damage to the apartment or common areas caused by the tenant or their guests will be the responsibility of the tenant and may result in additional charges. 8. The tenant is responsible for keeping the apartment clean and free of clutter, and for disposing of trash in the designated areas. 9. The tenant must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, as well as all rules and regulations of the building and the landlord. 10. The landlord reserves the right to enter the apartment at reasonable times to make repairs or perform maintenance, with prior notice to the tenant.
