Lease terms

Rent is $2,100 per month and due by the fifth of the month. The building operates on a shared utilities system, with each unit paying a monthly flat-rate utility fee as determined by the HOA (this monthly fee is included in the overall rent and includes electricity, water, sewer, trash, heating, cooling, community utilities, community maintenance, and community amenities).
