Family and friends references are not a source of rental history. *Rental requires 3rd party verification (e.g. fax to previous landlord/apartment manager to obtain a completed rental verification form). No evictions in the last 5 years No unpaid landlord collections. Credit: No open bankruptcies. No excessive collections. Criminal: This is reviewed on a case by case basis and any charges will be discussed with applicant. Be prepared to provide further information. Application fee is $45.00 per adult. Move in costs: One Full Month Rent + Deposit (usually equal to one month rent may vary depending on property). Prorate will be paid in the second month. WE DO NOT ACCEPT REUSABLE/PORTABLE REPORTS.
