Heat, water and garbage included in the monthly rental cost. Tenants are responsible for their own electricity, cable, Internet, maintaining the cleanliness of their apartment unit and reporting any maintenance issues with their unit such as water leaks or electrical problems to the landlord as soon as possible. Painting or remodeling of apartment units in any manner is restricted. Smoking of any kind is prohibited in all indoor areas of the apartment complex or within 25 feet of the apartment complex entrances. Pets including dogs, small caged animals, reptiles and fish tanks more than 10 gallons in size are not allowed. A single cat will be considered with monthly pet rent. Tenants are entitled to single parking space for each licensed driver with regular vehicles featuring up-to-date license plate tags on running, road-worthy automobiles. Vehicles left for more than two weeks without moving or with expired tags will be towed at the tenant's expense. Lease terms span one-year with 1.5 months rent required for security deposit and first-month's rent due at move-in. Prospective tenants subject to background screenings that may include, but not limited to previous residence history, proof of employment, references, etc.
