Tenant/s must maintain yard in the same condition it is in upon move-in. 4. Off-street parking is offered for vehicles that are fully operational with a limit of three vehicles at any given time. Non-operational vehicles will be towed. 5. Tenant shall not have a trampoline, piano, waterbed, or other liquid furniture on premises. 6. Bicycles are not allowed inside the house. 7. RE: Business enterprise. Tenant may conduct business activities on the internet, but in-person business transactions may not occur on the property. 8. An active, Zillow screening report must be provided.
